Product Description
1.This machine is necessary equipment for sheet metal offset when primed before printing or varnishing after printing of the food can, drink can, aerosol can, metal toys, general can or box. It may also be used for longitudinal partial coating or full coating.
2.Metal sheets are fed under PLC and inverter control.
3.Rubber roller is made of oil-resist rubber or polyurethane, featured with good wear ability and long service life.
4.Cylinder is made of fine-ground NiCrMo chilled cast iron or surface treated by WC sprayed coating, which could extend the service life of improve the surface accuracy.
5.The machine is set up with the main scraper, cleaning device, auxiliary scraper and scraper tension mechanism.
6.The scraper pressure is pneumatically controlled to ensure the proper pressure at each end and avoid the damage to the cylinder surface.
